I recently drove up to Maryborough for the final day of the QSS 15yrs Girls Cricket Championships and covered 2 of the games . Met West won the final against host team Wide bay in a close game. The action was taken with the 400 2.8 with the x2 converter. 800mm on 800 asa 2700th at f5.6. Most of the time I like to shoot cricket fully backlit (into the sun) and try to walk around to get a nice dark background, however the final games had to be photographed partially side lit due to time constraints.
