2009 World Triathlon Championships – Gold Coast
Sporting Images, provided coverage of the 2009 World Triathlon Championships on the Gold Coast. Over 80 000 images have been captured by the 9 photographers over the 4 days of events using Canon and Nikon equipment.
For the first time at an Age Group Championships, Sporting Images had a photographer with an underwater camera photographing the athletes as they exited the water and these proved very spectacular images with our photographer spending up to 6 hours in the water each day capturing most athletes exiting.
