This weekend I took the family on our annual country trip out to West Queensland for the Zone Championships. Helped by my daughter Holly, we photographed the 40 competitors over the 2 days and had the display van set up at the event. It was good to get back into photographing the country sports after a busy month in Beijing, and I prefer getting out and doing the smaller events as they are well received by the organisers and the children enjoy seeing their photos on the big screen for the first time.
