Print Production Times:

Current print production times are 3-4 working days and 4-5 days for multi-image poster layout production. Digital images purchased are emailed within 12 hours.
( For the 48hr special Offer it may take 2-3 days to email you the images due to the large amount of images to search for on our system)
Please note Australia Post are taking 6-7 days for post to reach West Australia at the present time and apologies for the delay. If you require urgent post it would be advised to pay for the express post delivery to WA.

Searching

For Triathlon Fun Runs/Marathons you can use your name or bib number to find your images, or in the case of School Sport or Championships events the images are sorted by games, teams or events. Please note we now only keep our images online for 3 months after each event, after which time they are either taken offline, or an archive fee is included.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart displays all of your order details including pricing. Once you have added your image to your shopping cart, you are able to adjust the quantity you require.

Checking Out

Online Ordering

We utilize the secure PayPal gateway for online purchases made on this site, or you can use your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) for payment.

Offline Ordering

If you do not want to use your credit card online, we also have an offline ordering system to take your order. After selecting your images and adding them to your shopping cart, you can choose “email checkout”, and you will be emailed a copy of your invoice, after you have filled out your details.
You can either email us with your payment details or a direct deposit can be made.

Digital Files:

The digital files have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved as high quality 5×7” .jpg files(300-400k opening out to 9-10 megabytes when uncompressed) They are emailed to you normally within 30 minutes after payment has been received (9-3pm) but can take up to 12 hours to email to you if ordered after working hours. (Some bank transfers can take 24hrs)
If the image has not arrived within this time frame, please check your email trash box before contacting us, as depending on how you have your email filter setup, it may put our email attachments in your trash box.

Multi Image Posters:

To order your multi-image poster, please use the Poster Order form
For multi-image posters, we will email you a preview of the poster before printing to ensure accuracy. (Production only starts after payment received)

Image Use:

All images purchased from this website can be used for personal use only and cannot be used for any form of advertising. Images required for Media or Advertising usage can be purchased from the sportingimages.info website

Postage:

$5 for each complete order. You will have to collect from your post office for some deliveries.
$10 for express post within Australia, $15 for Airmail International orders.

Product Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. Digital file purchases are non refundable.
